AUSTIN ROAD TRIP

Well, we just got home from our road trip to Austin.

We had the greatest time visiting Christi and Scott, (soon to be Copeland).

They were so sweet to let us stay with them Friday night. And on Saturday night we decided to get a hotel in New Braunfels.

When we got in we went to the cutest little bar on South Congress.

After our drinks we headed to dinner. After that we decided to take a walk down Congress to work off the food. Lucky for me and Christi, we found this amazing vintage clothing store and stopped in.

Christi and I found these cute sunglasses and I think I found the best find yet...a pair of vintage boots...they are soo cute!!!!

I think Scott had fun too....... We tried to find him one in his size with no luck:(

To reward them for their patience we walked down to Amy's ice cream for a treat.....

The next day we floated down the Comal river. Unfortunately we forgot to take pictures, but we had a great time.

That evening we went to the Gristmill in New Braunfels for dinner.....

We had planned on going dancing after dinner, but....we ALL were so worn out by our exhausting day on the river that we decided to call it a night at 10pm, yes that is what I said...10pm. We are so getting old:(

Before we left we all four vowed to make this an annual trip....it really was so much fun.

Thanks Christi and Scott for such a great time.

We love and already miss you both.
