That's right...Madeline is really 10 months old
Here's what you have been up to...
- you weigh 16.7 pounds
- you still wear size 3 diapers
- you can wear 9-12mth clothing (sometimes even 3-6 mths:)
- you love table food and eat a ton all day long
- i have started the weaning process since my milk supply is way down, i am trying to supplement with formula
- you can drink out of a sippy cup with a straw...you hate all the other ones
- you have 4 teeth...2 bottom and 2 top
- i left you for the first time this month to substitute, you stayed with aunt camille and, well let's just say it wasn't the best..we are trying again in a few weeks
- you still are not completely crawling, but you know how to get around
- if i come into your sight you cry until i come pick you up...it makes me so sad
You are still such a sweet girl and love everyone...especially hannah. You just go crazy whenever she comes near you....I love that yall already have such a sweet bond.
I love you so much Madeline!!!!!
**** on a side note, we are going to see a pediatric ophthalmologist tomorrow for madeline's eye. she has always had a blocked tear duct, but it is now infected and will not heal. i am hoping that they will not tell us that she has to be put under to have her eye probed. will keep yall posted*****
Hi Rosemary,
ReplyDeleteMaddie had a clogged duct that didn't cause real problems until she was over a year old. After countless infections, we went to the ophthalmologist. She was too old (2y4mo) for a probe to really be effective, so we had to do a stent. She had to go under for that procedure, but it was worth it. Took the stent out about 6 months later and she hasn't had pinkeye since. All this to say, I hope it can be easily probed. It is usually very effective under age 1 and it was so nice not to be at the pediatrician every month for an eye infection.
